How about jailing those that are responsible for this outrageous "tax" being forced on homeowners? I have attended 2 seminars on this and the Sewer Board is an UNELECTED group of individuals that have imposed this fee. The Ohio Legis. needs to pass a bill stating that citizens cannot be charged this without a vote. This is the EPA and out of control bureaucrats at their worst. Please do not respond and tell me it's about the environment.. it' can be handled much more economically. Philadelphia has avoided this cost by practicing more "sustainable" land management.
