Two Cleveland Heights homes in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Cleveland Heights properties in today's sale:

• 2622 Canterbury Road; appraised value $30,000; minimum value $20,000

• 3131 Whitethorn Road; appraised value $70,000; minimum value $46,667

The court ordered two homes on Berkeley Road and Monticello Boulevard that were scheduled for the sale to be withdrawn.
