Burgers-N-Beer Opens Today in Coventry

The new Cleveland Heights restaurant opens for business at 11:30 a.m.

Burgers-N-Beer is opening in Cleveland Heights today, Friday, Nov. 9.

The new Coventry Village restaurant will open at 11:30 a.m., according to its Facebook page.

Burgers-N-Beer, which also has a restaurant in Willoughby, features a menu that includes sandwiches, salads, sweet potato fries, wings, ribs and of course, burgers and beer. According to its website, the restaurant opened in 1999.

City Council approved a $60,000 loan in May to help Burgers-N-Beer establish a store at 1854 Coventry, where McNulty's used to be.

The owner was not immediately available for comment. Look for more details about the business soon.

Seems to me that Cleveland Heights is becoming a destination for quality restaurants!

I was just at Burgers n Beer this evening. We will NEVER return to this restaurant. I have eaten at their Willoughby location and always enjoyed their food and I was so excited to see them open blocks away from home just to be completely disappointed. We arrived and ordered drinks, 1 round for the group, after about 10 minutes we ordered food and our server never came back to get our round 2 drink order. 45 minutes later, still no drinks, no food and no server. After standing at the bar for 5 minutes, I finally found the manager to cancel our order and asked for the bill. Wouldn't you know...after she "went to find our server" our food appeared. I politely declined and waited for our bill. Yes still waiting....and no apology.
