Cheap Date: NO EXIT To Perform Free Concerts

The first one is tonight at Cleveland State University's Drinko Recital Hall

Check back every Friday for Cheap Date: one weekend event or activity that won't break the bank.

NO EXIT New Music Ensemble is paying homage to jazz musician Eric Dolphy by performing and organizing three free local concerts.

The piano quartet, which plays contemporary classical art music and celebrates and promotes living musicians, has also invited saxophonist Bobby Selvaggio, drummer Chris Baker and trumpeter Scott McKee to perform with them. The first concert is at 8 tonight at Cleveland State University's Drinko Recital Hall. Saturday, the group will perform again at SPACES. And next week, you can see them at Heights Arts Gallery.

NO EXIT will also showcase Dolphy's music in Chicago April 1.
