Cleveland Heights Honors Student Athletes, Coaches

Cleveland Heights City Council recognized athletic teams from various schools in the city

Cleveland Heights City Council recognized the Communion of Saints Football team. This year, the Sabers won the Cleveland/Akron CYO Division 2 Varsity Football Championship.

Cleveland Heights City Council honored student athletes and coaches from a handful of schools in the city during Sports Recognition Night at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The city hosted the celebration in the Cleveland Heights Community Center. City Council members recognized the following teams:

Communion of Saints

Football team

Beaumont School

Volleyball Team

Cross Country Team

Tennis Team

Cleveland Heights High School

Football team and cheerleaders

Girls' and boys' soccer teams
