Heights Library Wants To Hear Your Thoughts
Community survey to be conducted through early March
The Cleveland Heights Library is conducting a survey of its users to improve its services.
The phone and web survey asks residents, customers and community members about the services at the library.
“This is the first time the Library has undertaken such a comprehensive study of our community,” says Heights Libraries Director Nancy Levin. “We provide great service to our customers, but we can always improve, so we want to hear from our residents. What do you like? What don’t you like? We want to know.”
The survey will be available in late Febrary through March 2. Interested parties who are not called are encouraged to fill it out online or on paper at any branch.
When it's live, the survey will be available at the Heights Library website.
