I searched on this page a home on Glencoe that was sold in 2012, you list the APPRAISED VALUE NOT THE SALES PRICE, the APPRAISED VALUE IS 320,000 BUT THE SALES PRICE WAS 265.000. POST THE CORRECT INFORMATION, SALES PRICES ARE DECLINING NOT INCREASING.

I just checked a home on Argonne in South Euclid. It gave the correct value of $60,000.

You've misread the info on that Glencoe house.
The December, 2012 sale has no price listed on the county database. Which is what the little doo-dad above indicates.
The $ figure you mentioned is the September, 2012 sale.
Otherwise, your ALL CAPS, and your unsupported opinion don't add much to the conversation.
