Man Charged With Soliciting Prostitution After Incident With Massage Therapist

Derrick Williams is also charged with misidentification because he lied about his name, according to Cleveland Heights Police

A man is accused of propositioning his masseuse Sunday, Feb. 3 in Cleveland Heights and, then, lying to police about his name.

Derrick Williams, of Cleveland, made an appointment with a massage therapist on S. Taylor Road that day.

He paid her $60 and gave her his identification before the massage was to begin, according to Cleveland Heights Police.

She then left the massage room. When she came back, Williams was naked and holding a condom, police said. He asked her to put it on him.

She refused so he offered her another $60, police said. She told him he had three minutes to leave before she called police.

Williams dressed and left, leaving behind his identification, police said. The massage therapist called the Cleveland Heights Police Department and officers soon found Williams at a nearby intersection.

Initially, Williams told officers his first name was "Dorian," police said.

Officers arrested Williams and charged him with soliciting prostitution and misidentification. He also had two outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court.

Seriously? Dave, you are fucking retarded. the above comment makes me livid. it implies that all men are just walking hard-ons with no conscious control over their actions... it insinuates that because massage therapy is a profession that deals with nudity that they should expect this kind of behavior..
