Mayor Kelley to Cut Ribbon at AutoZone Grand Opening
The Cleveland Heights store is located at 3900 Mayfield Road.
The new AutoZone store in Cleveland Heights is celebrating its grand opening at 10 a.m. today, Nov. 18, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Mayor Ed Kelley will help cut the ribbon and welcome the company to its new home at the 3900 block of Mayfield Road.
The 7,000 square foot store sells replacement parts and accessories for cars.
"AutoZone worked with the city to identify a compatible property that would meet their needs as well as complement neighborhood aesthetics," according to a press release about the event. "The nicely landscaped property uses 'green' storm water practices for watering."
AutoZone is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Curtis Stanley is the store manager.

I'd like to wish AutoZone all the best!
I'm not aware that AutoZone had their hand out for any city $.
And I'm pretty sure the mayor will do serviceable job cutting the ribbon today.
