New Editors Will Take Over Cleveland Heights Patch
My last day as editor of Cleveland Heights Patch is today, Nov. 30.
I wanted to let everyone know that after today, Nov. 30, I will no longer be the local editor of Cleveland Heights Patch. Nikki Ferrell, who has been the editor of Beachwood Patch for the past two years, and Brandon Baker, who has contributed articles to many Northeast Ohio Patch sites, including Cleveland Heights, will take over.
My new position is with GIE Media. The offices are in Cleveland, so I’m happy to say I will be able to continue to live in Cleveland Heights.
I have had the pleasure of learning about this community and meeting hundreds of interesting, intelligent and engaged residents. I understand now why people told me Cleveland Heights was so special. The city boasts walkable neighborhoods, a rich history, theaters, a concert venue, a comedy club, an art gallery, gorgeous parks, summer festivals, devoted non-profits and unique businesses, just to name a few. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to cover, in my opinion, one of the most interesting, dynamic and beautiful cities in Northeast Ohio.
Thank you for all of your support, news tips, photos, blogs, comments, articles, interviews, information and engagement during the past two years. Patch is meant to have many voices, and Cleveland Heights Patch has been successful, and will continue to be, because of you and your contributions.
Nikki can be reached at nikki.ferrell@patch.com, and Brandon can be contacted at brandon.baker@patch.com.
I hope to see you around town sometime soon.

Thanks and best of luck to you.
