Nighttown To Purchase Two City Parcels for Expansion
Cleveland Heights City Council approves measure to sell property to local jazz club and restaurant.
Cleveland Heights City Council approved a measure allowing Nighttown Jazz Club and Restaurant to buy two city-owned parcels to expand their business.
The measure was approved unanimously at Monday's meeting.
Nighttown will buy the two properties for $25,000 — one directly north of the restuarant on Cedar Road, and one west of the building.
The business is already leasing the westerly property from the city for its last expansion.

More BS "Emergency" legislation. More land sales without an independant appraisal. We gotta vote out the five that will be running in November, 2013.
