Police Make Arrests In Copper Thefts At Rockefeller Building, Cumberland Pool
Two Cleveland Heights residents are accused of tearing down gutters from the historic buildings.
Nearly a half a dozen copper thefts were reported in Cleveland Heights between July 25 and July 30, and police arrested two men accused of three of the crimes.
Cleveland Heights Police received a report that men were tearing down copper gutters in the Rockefeller Building courtyard at 4:13 a.m. July 30. Police arrested Cleveland Heights resident Erik Henry and charged him with theft.
Cleveland Heights resident Joseph Eyerman was charged with the copper gutter thefts at Cumberland Pool July 27 and Church of the Savior on July 26.
Police are still investigating the incidents at Church of Christ and on Ardmore Road, reported July 25.
