Two Arrested After Car Hits Parked Cars, Jumps Curb

Cleveland Heights Police incidents Dec. 28-29

 The Cleveland Heights Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 28, 12:49 a.m. — A resident reported a burglary at the 1100 block of Hereford Road.

Dec. 29, 8:28 a.m. — A resident at the 3000 block of Derbyshire Road reported that property was missing from her address.

Dec. 29, 2:07 p.m. — A caller reported that a car hit theirs near the intersection of Cedar and Lee Roads. The victim told police they were following the car and saw the car hit another parked car, then jumped a curb and stopped on Meadowbrook Road and Binard Road. When police arrived, the driver was still on the scene but a passenger had fled the scene. Police found him a short time later in the area and arrested both of them for possession of drug parapharnelia and charged the driver with hit/skip.

Dec. 29, 4:55 p.m. — A caller reported that her car was missing from 2066 Cedar Road.
