Nearly 100 kids ages 4 to 16 gather every week in the storefront Borders left last year in La Place to rock out to Adele, Kesha and other singers at Club Rock, the brainchild of Solon resident Avril Burg, lead singer in Run Avril Run.
Girls and boys from all over the area, including Cleveland Heights, Beachwood, Twinsburg and Solon, learn about vocals, dancing and stage precence. At the end of the 10-week sessions, the class performs a rock show at The Boneyard in Mayfield Heights.
