On Thursday, May 10, the Coventry Village Special Improvement District (SID) installed two new bike racks that add to Coventry's flair.  This project started when Ian Hoffman of the Heights Bicycle Coalition made a presentation to the SID on the benefits of having bike racks to encourage bicyclists to come to the district.  Ian also introduced the SID to Rustbelt Welding, who gave the SID a proposal.  The Coventry Village SID certainly deserves credit for making this investment which adds to their district's cachet.
