I see councilperson Stein is, once again, telling us what the electric company said.

It's odd, I've never see the electric company people directly quoted on the subject. Just what councilperson Stein, or the mayor, tells us they said.

Another odd thing is that the readers cannot comment on councilperson Stein's blog posting. That is an option *he* selected. I don't see that as conducive to Representative Government. At all.

Let's vote this guy out of office in November, 2013. And the other four that will be up for election, too.
