Police arrested two boys aged 12 and 14 after they said the boys burglarized a Monticello Road home. Officers were called to a home on the 3500 block April 30 by a resident who said someone entered her home and took a laptop. The woman said that two boys had helped her with yard work the day before and she invited them into her home. Police questioned the boys, and they admitted to going back to the home on April 30 and breaking in to get the laptop.

Cleveland Heights Police arrested a 17-year-old male in connection with several burglaries in the city over the past several weeks. Detectives say the teen stole $20,000 in jewelry from a home on the 2200 block of Coventry Road on March 19 and sold some of it to a pawn shop, where police recovered it.
