Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga - This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.

More About Loving Hands Yoga and Reiki
Loving Hands Yoga and Reiki is a small, intimate yoga studio in Cleveland heights. The studio provides yoga classes and Reiki treatments and specializes in teaching all-inclusive yoga for all ages, skill levels and body types. No previous yoga experience is necessary. The studio also offers yoga instruction in schools and child care centers through its "Yoga for Kids" program. Its reiki treatments promote relaxation and stress relief, as well as relief from physical, mental, and emotional ailments.
