More About Lake View Cemetery
Lake View Cemetery has two gates, one on Mayfield and the other on Euclid. Near the University Circle area, the cemetery has more than 104,000 people are buried here and 70 acres for future burials. Lake View Cemetery is the resting place of several well-known Americans including James A. Garfield, John D. Rockefeller, Elliot Ness and Carl B. Stokes as well as a number of Cleveland's former mayors. Private Group Tours are available upon request. Fresh cut flowers are for sale year-round.
