DESCRIPTION:Memorial Day is the time to recall the scarifies of the galla
 nt men and women of all the wars in which our country has been engaged.&
 nbsp\;\nThe ceremony will start at 10:30 a.m. with a parade by the Garfi
 eld Monument and will continue with a traditional veteran&rsquo\;s progr
 am on the lawn in front of the President James A. Garfield Monument.&nbs
 p\; This includes the placing of wreaths at the monument from various ve
 teran groups. Our keynote speaker is Brigadier General Patricia B. Genun
 g\, United States Army\, Retired.&nbsp\; The program will include the Me
 morial Day Band Concert presented by the Cleveland Letter Carrier&rsquo\
 ;s Band\, a band noted for a century of musical entertainment.&nbsp\; Th
 e public is invited to bring a picnic lunch and lawn chairs or blankets 
 to enjoy the Memorial Day services.
