 skaters who will be competing at the Eastern Great Lakes Regional Compet
 ition to be held at the end of this month.&nbsp\; On Wednesday\, Septemb
 er 14 from 6:00-7:00 pm&nbsp\; Our local skaters will perform their comp
 etition programs on the north ice rink at the Cleveland Heights Communit
 y Center\, 1 Monticello Boulevard\, (at the corner of Mayfield and Monti
 cello Roads).&nbsp\;The regional figure skating championships\, sanction
 ed by U.S. Figure Skating\, are&nbsp\; the first stop in U.S. Figure Ska
 ting&rsquo\;s qualifying competition structure\, ultimately leading to t
 he U.S. Junior Figure Skating Championships and the U.S. Figure Skating 
 Championships. The EGL region is comprised of seven states\, including O
 hio\, Michigan\, Indiana\, Kentucky\, Tennessee\, Alabama and Mississipp
