DESCRIPTION:Calling all swimmers and parents!\nTeam Tigershark\, a club s
 wim team affiliated with USA Swimming\, will be starting practices next 
 week\, beginning&nbsp\;Tuesday\, Sept. 17th. &nbsp\;\nTed Arnold and Kri
 sty Miller\, two of the Cleveland Heights High School swim coaches\, wil
 l coach the team\, and practices will be held from 4-5:30 PM Monday-Frid
 ay\, and from 9-11 AM on Saturdays. &nbsp\;Swimmers under age 10 will be
  in the water from 4:30 to 5:30 PM during the week\, and from 10-11 AM o
 n Saturdays. &nbsp\;Additionally\, swimmers under age 10 will have the o
 ption of signing up for 3 days of practices per week instead of 6. &nbsp
 \;For swimmers 10 and older\, dryland exercises (TRX and medicine balls)
  will be an option from approximately 5:30-6:30 PM during the week\, as 
 well. &nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nThis team is for any swimmer who is able to swim t
 he length of the pool\, up to age 18. &nbsp\;Especially for new or young
 er swimmers\, knowledge of the four competitive strokes is helpful\, but
  not required. &nbsp\;New swimmers' abilities will be assessed when prac
 tices begin. &nbsp\;For high school swimmers\, this team is a great oppo
 rtunity to get back into swimming shape before the high school season be
 gins in November. &nbsp\;We hope to see both new faces and familiar face
 s from the Sea Serpents\, Purvis Pirahnas and other area summer swim pro
 grams. &nbsp\;If you know of other students\, kids\, and families in the
  community who might be interested in joining a swim team\, please let t
 hem know about Team Tigershark. &nbsp\;Monthly rates are as follows: &nb
 sp\;for swimmers who live in the CH-UH school district: &nbsp\;$35\, for
  swimmers who live outside of the school district: &nbsp\;$50\, for swim
 mers under age 10 for 3 days/week: &nbsp\;$30.\nIf you have any question
