Join friends and neighbors (with or without canine companions) on a 3-mile walk from the Atma Center to the Lower Shaker Lake. Rest and stretch by the water in a brief outdoor yoga and “doga” session, then walk back to the Atma Center.

The Atma Center is an award-winning yoga center dedicated to the Satyananda form of yoga. They offer 30 to 40 weekly studio classes, corporate programs, workshops, and Yoga Therapy. The Atma Centers' retail store offers walk-in and online customers with yoga mats, props, books, CDs, neti pots, supplements, health related items, and unique gifts. They also have weekly free trial classes to see if yoga is right for you.
