Josh Homme (of Queens of the Stone Age) champions Truckfighters as the band to get behind. Truckfighters is a Swedish stoner band that has transitioned from a classic stoner sound to more progressive/alternative/metal/stoner feel. They have been called desert rock, they are similar to bands like Dozer, Fu Manch and Kyuss.

Local band Forged in Flame act as opener, warming up the crowd with their own brand of stoner metal, dipped on blues and melodic vocals.
