DESCRIPTION:Loving Hands Yoga and Reiki\, in coordination with Family Con
 nections\, is offering a new yoga class for kids!&nbsp\; The class is op
 en to kids age 3 and up\, and pre-crawling babies.&nbsp\; Mommies\, dadd
 ies and caretakers are also welcome to join in and do yoga with the kids
 !\nYoga For Kids teaches yoga poses while encouraging children to explor
 e their creativity in an active\, fun\, and safe way.&nbsp\; We use age-
 appropriate movement\, games\, music\, and quiet time to help children e
 xercise their bodies\, strengthen their imaginations\, connect with thei
 r inner selves\, and develop a harmonious relationship with the world ar
 ound them.\nWe also teach children how to bring calm to their minds and 
 bodies through breathing and relaxation exercises.&nbsp\; We honor the i
 ndividuality of each child by creating a positive\, supportive\, and non
 -competitive environment where we use acceptance and patience to build c
 onfidence.\n5 week session\, Tuesday mornings 11:15 am &ndash\; 12:00 no
 on\, July 17-August 14.&nbsp\; The cost is $60 per family (no limit on t
 he number of kids/family members/caretakers).&nbsp\; If you join after t
 he session starts\, you only need to pay for the remaining classes.&nbsp
 \; Makeup classes can be scheduled if you need to miss a class.&nbsp\; P
