I have a very hard time believing Cella post, I personally know the owner for over 25 years . Always friendly honest and very knowledgable .... When I asked the owner about this, the truth is : Cella never paid for work which was completed after SHE damaged her own ring due to her negligence , she got away with a Free repair on a ring which was beyond repair. ARK jewelers has been around for over 30 years, great business and an asset to our community. RB
