Today 's photo of the 1930-1931 football team comes from the 1931 "Caldron," the yearbook for . It's the first of several pages recapping the team's season, which included victories over Akron South and Collinwood high schools.

The Tigers shut out their opponents in both games. Akron South fell 31-0, while Collinwood crumpled 26-0.
