This class will give you the information you need to get the most out of your garden and summer produce specials. From canning basics to freezing, you’ll learn how to safely store many fruits and vegetables. You’ll also get recipes using fresh, frozen and canned produce. We will sample some of the fruits of our labor in class. Please register at least
