Cheap Date: West Side Market Fest and Parade

Celebrate the 100th anniversary of the market this Sunday.

The West Side Market will continue its centennial celebration this weekend with a street fest and parade Sunday.

West 25th Street will be closed off from traffic during the event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The 100th birthday bash includes live music, artisan vendors and local food from Ohio City restaurants and food trucks. The parade will begin at noon, and the market, for the first time in a decade, will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
