The nonprofit Roots of American Music teaches students music history through interactive classes
Students at the have been learning about the origins of popular American music and listening to instruments like the banjo and fiddle through the Roots to Rock program. The Roots of American Music, a 12-year-old nonprofit based in Cleveland Heights, brings music education programs to students in Cuyahoga County.
