Free Parking on Coventry, Cedar Lee and More All Weekend

Saturday expected to be 50 degrees and sunny; check out what's going on in Cleveland Heights this weekend!

This month's free parking weekend starts Friday and runs through Sunday.*

City Council decided to extend the propmotional event through 2013 that allows drivers to park on city streets and in municipal garages and lots for free the last weekend of every month.

"It gives people a chance to see other things about Cleveland Heights. And they might come out and decide to rent an apartment, or buy a house," said Mayor Ed Kelley.

The weather is expected to be sunny and warm-ish today and tomorrow, and there's lots going on in Cleveland Heights.

Sure. Great plan, mayor. ----------- "It gives people a chance to see other things about Cleveland Heights. And they might come out and decide to rent an apartment, or buy a house," said Mayor Ed Kelley

Poorly worded headline I'm afraid. And the article contains an error. Every single parking meter is free in CH all weekend. Not just Coventry & Cedar-Lee. And the free parking runs through Sunday, not Saturday. "Free Parking on Coventry, Cedar Lee and More All Weekend" "This month's free parking weekend starts Friday and runs through Saturday."

You're right about the first sentence, Gary! But mentioning the business districts in the headline was intentional. Thanks for the feedback!

Which a different issue. CH is a whole lot more than it's top two or three "business districts". But you wouldn't know that from city hall.
