Visions for Vacancies: Borders At Severance

What would you like to see in the space at Severance Town Center?

The old Borders in is still vacant.

According to an article published in The Plain Dealer Sept. 7, 2010, the store opened in February 2000 and shuttered Oct. 2, 2010.

Cleveland Heights Mayor Ed Kelley said the company that owns Severance, Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC, is optimistic that something will fill the space soon, but for now we want your ideas.
