More great news, people! After attempting, again, for nearly three months, to actually see and read legislation passed by Cleveland Heights City Council, the city has set up a new web page for CH citizens to read these new laws, ordinances, and resolutions.
Again, thanks to Ms. Tanisha Briley, Cleveland Heights City Manager, for recognizing and addressing the importance of CH residents having immediate and easy access to the actions of our city council.
The recently passed resolutions and ordinances can be accessed by going to the city web site and clicing on "Legislation" under CITY HALL, Government.
Past legislation prior to Sept. 3, 2013, is not on this particular web page. But, we will do more investigating to track that down, so we don't all have to sit in the city's law department to read these public documents.
