Tax Abatements - Truth and Lies

For those of you who have bought townhomes and condos in the tax abated districts of the Cleveland Heights, I have two questions.

Since many of you spent over $300,000 for your new property that came with a 7-year tax abatement, I'm curious how many have homes that are appraised at substantially lower values than predicted?
