Five Things You Need to Know About Cleveland Heights This Week

Denison Field ribbon-cutting ceremony, Community Center closings and more

1. The fitness center, gym and senior center in the Cleveland Heights Community Center for maintenance and cleaning.

2. The Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District is collecting starting today for the upcoming school year at the main office at each school. Suggested donations include pens, pencils, binders, markers and more. Visit the CHUH website for more information.

3. The City of Cleveland Heights is unveiling the new, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. In between Heights High junior varsity and varsity soccer games, Mayor Ed Kelley will cut the ribbon.

4. The second of two public hearings for residents to provide input on how money from the Community Development Block Grant is in Cleveland Heights is at 7p.m. Tuesday in City Hall.
