Poll: Where's The Best Place To Grab Breakfast or Brunch in Cleveland Heights?

We want to know your favorite spot for your first meal of the day

If you're going out to breakfast, you want to make the right choice. After all, it's the most important meal of the day.

You sent in your nominations for the best breakfast or brunch place in Cleveland Heights, and we've used those suggestions to create a poll.

We'll select a winner at 5 p.m. March 30 and announce it in a story on Saturday, March 31.

In judging, we'll consider comments, poll votes and reviews in Patch Places, our complete directory of local businesses. So make sure to rave about your favorites there. Be sure to check out our contest rules in the PDF at right.

Easily the top two in The Heights are Tommy's and The Inn on Coventry. But if you want the best bang for a buck plus some real ambience, slide into Big Al's on Larchmere. It's on the Shaker-Cleveland border.

The Inn, hands down. Life would not be complete without Eggs Mando and those brown diner coffee mugs.

Tommy's is best all-around, all-day diner spot -- but if you are just talking breakfast or brunch, the Inn ... winns!

Crab-cake Benedict, endless cups of coffee and the cozy/friendly atmosphere at the Inn make it my favorite brunch spot in Cleveland - not just the heights!

Thanks all for your reviews and comments! Make sure to post them on the restaurants' place pages. This is why it's important — would you believe that those two restaurants have no reviews and are voted 0 out of 5 stars? No one has rated these favorites yet. Here's a link to the Inn on Coventry: http://patch.com/L-m8l9 and Tommy's: http://patch.com/L-rdlP
