I believe ths site could best serve CH residents as a future wind farm (small scale of course). It…Read More sits high above the surrounding area; could accommodate possible 3 turbines; and provide electricity to the surrounding residents and businesses. Of course, the council would run it like they do the water/sewer, streets, forestry, lighting, "insert other here" departments, and it would just turn into a way to charge residents and continue to bleed them dry. But they would give tax abatements to whoever built the turbines or operated them.
