Do you experience digestive discomfort including bloating, heartburn or sluggish bowels?

In this workshop you'll learn:

Omkar specializes in digestive health and has taught hundreds of students how to safely work with their bodies. Results have ranged from greater physical comfort, a new awareness and healing connection to their body’s problem area, elimination of “low energy days”, and greater sense of joy.

Besides physical exercises to strengthen the abdomen, this class will also include breathing practices and a guided meditation.

- increase your energy
- boost your immune system
…and
- feel relaxed for overall well-being

Diane H. Dreizen & bachtobroadway42 - what interesting ideas! I'd love to see the whole messRead More raised and the area turned into a public park/recreation area with walking trails, bicycle paths, community gardens, etc. It seems the wind turbines could be in a place like that too. That's my dream, but we'll probably get some hideous redundant commercial development instead.
