"Heroin in the Suburbs" forum with Judge Michael Astrab

Judge Michael K. Astrab of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas court hosts a community forum on the heroin epidemic in our suburbs.  Panelists will include Dr. Joan Papp, former Cleveland Heights police captain and current defense attorney John P. Luskin and University Heights Vice-Mayor and prosecuting attorney Frankie Goldberg.

All are welcome.  Parents and students in the Cleveland Heights and University Heights area are encouraged to attend.
