I'd love to see the whole mess…Read More raised and the area turned into a public park/recreation area with walking trails, bicycle paths, community gardens, etc. It seems the wind turbines could be in a place like that too. That's my dream, but we'll probably get some hideous redundant commercial development instead.

This is a bad deal for the citizens of CH, and the school kids of CH-UH. Not to mention that the land has never been appraised. And no market studies have been done. Or that the city is considering "donated land" as part of this give-away.
