CH Is Perfect! Council's Vote Proves It!

Once again, you can't make this stuff up.

Great news, everyone!!!

From The Heights Observer's coverage of the 12/17/2012 CH city council meeting:

City charter

Council has determined that the present Cleveland Heights City Charter serves the city well, and a Charter Review Commission to examine the entire charter is not necessary. The charter provides that at least once every ten years, council shall determine whether or not a charter review is needed.

I'd love to see the whole mess…Read More raised and the area turned into a public park/recreation area with walking trails, bicycle paths, community gardens, etc. It seems the wind turbines could be in a place like that too.
