For "Nothing", the developer owns 20 acres in South Euclid and 92 acres in Cleveland Heights.

If you call destroying 218 mature, healthy trees "Nothing".

Or your street that intersects with Warrensville Center Road becoming a Walmart access road "Nothing".

Or a huge WalMart in your back yard "Nothing".
