The CH city council agenda for tonight has these two (among many) "Emergency" items: Purchasing the Medic property on Noble, and Purchasing some property across the street.
Council has no Master Plan that they are working against. And by being "Emergency" legislation, they will propose and pass both resolutions tonight.
