These Are *Our* Properties, Not City Council's

At *least* we could insist that they get independent appraisals of the property values before giving any of this land away. Which they refused to do on their most recent Meadowbrook-Lee failure.

The City Of Cleveland Heights believes that only DEVELOPMENT of our remaining unimproved acreage adds value to the community.

They have put out Request For Proposals (RFPs) for five properties, asking for commercial and/or residential projects to be built.

Of course, they haven't bothered to ask We The People how we would like to see *our* property best utilized.

In that regard, I'm trying to get interested (Green/Sustainability-leaning) citizens to submit RFPs for all five properties.

If a couple of people adopt each RFP, we can have a great impact on the process... And we sorta already have a volunteer or two for Meadowbrook-Lee and Medic on Noble. But the more the merrier!!!!

I've got the PDFs, or you can get them from the link. Gimme a holler!!

(The link says "four" properties, but it's really five, as they had to add Meadowbrook-Lee. YAY!!)
