No Impact Week

Register today for a one week carbon cleanse experiment that could change your life, your community, and even the planet.

Live a greener and more connected lifestyle -- for just one week. Take 8 daily challenges to eat locally, lower your energy use, and meet your neighbors.Free and open to all Heights area residents—and all Greater Clevelanders, too! Here's what you do:

1) Sign Up! 
It takes 5 seconds. Go it alone, get your whole family involved, or put together a team (don't forget to create a snappy name) and register everyone online to receive the fun and engaging How-To Manual:www.noimpactproject.org/experiment/sustainableheights

2) Get inspired 
Come get inspired by a free screening of Colin Beavan’s No Impact Man documentary on Thursday, 10/13 at University Heights Library at 7 PM Everybody welcome, whether you do the carbon cleanse or not  You don't have to register but you can save a seat HERE

3) Ready, set, go  
Start your experiment and follow us daily on Facebook.com/SustainableHeightsNoImpactWeek to receive support messages, ideas, and resources throughout the week.

Worried you can't do it all? 
Each day has its own unique activity so you can participate every day or only some – any level of participation is better than none at all.  Do as many days as you can, but like most challenges in life, the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it!  More FAQS

5) Share your experience with others
Share your No Impact journey with fellow travelers! Contribute to the conversation at Blogs.HeightsObserver.org—Follow our featured bloggers and post your own comments, videos, and photos. And come to a very low impact open house at the Heights Main Library on Sunday, the 23rd from 1-3pm for all participants and enthusiasts at the end of the week--share your challenges and successes with us and meet others
