The Heights Independent Business Alliance is hosting a networking event for local, independent merchants and nonprofit leaders from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 31 at the in Cleveland Heights.
The Heights Buy Local/Buy Independent Meet & Greet welcomes business owners and leaders of organizations in and around Cleveland Heights, University Heights, Shaker Heights and Cleveland.
The Heights Independent Business Alliance invites attendees to "... start an ongoing dialogue about how we can share resources to help each other thrive and grow, creating a strong local economy," according to a description of the event.
The event is also an opportunity to learn more about HiBA's mission and how local businesses and organizations can get involved.
Mister Brisket, and Perla Pierogies will provide snacks and there will be door prizes from , The Cedar Lee Special Improvement District, and more.
