The Good Wife. Can I Have One for Christmas?
What do I really, REALLY want for the holiday? If I can't afford a personal assistant like the celebs have, what else is there?

I’ll bet you thought a NotMom might use a magical wish to get a child. Some might. At this point, I want a wife.

--A wife keeps things tidy (a “clean” house is a relative term), organized and eating enough food to stay alive, if not totally healthy.
--A wife pays the bills, schedules events, stocks the medicine cabinet and oversees the purchase of groceries, gifts and maintenance services.
--A wife may get you going in the spiritual practice or regular exercise you said you wanted but never took action on.
--A wife gives hugs when you need them.
A good wife is the best personal assistant ever, and I want one.
