Critter Corner: Crown Classic Dog Show is a Royal Treat

Part one of a two-part series

Thousands of dogs and people visited the IX Center for the 22nd Crown Classic.

Bill Russett, Show Manager of the Crown Classic Dog Show, said it is popular with both attendees and those who show their dogs as well.

"It is the biggest show in the area" he said, adding that the location and setup makes it easy for everyone.

Record crowds filled the IX Center as dogs competed in conformation, agility, rally obedience and obedience. There was also shopping, adoption, train the trainer sessions, meet the breed areas and a friendly atmosphere as pups wiggled and strutted their stuff in front of an appreciative audience.
