please help me

Yesterday east cleveland police shot my dogs. Yes they where loose no the ydid not attack anyone or attempt to attack they barked at the police oficers yes but never tried to attack. Police was in the street dogs didn't pass the house line. They where sleeping in back yard waiting for me to get to the house police went back there got there attention and ran back to the street blurping their sirens. One officer said he hopes they can't get ahold of me so he can shoot these fucking pits....my dogs where registered chipped released from all non violent dogs.... they wouldn't hurt a fly and didn't attack anyone ever.....now my three and four year oldd girls have no puppies n my female was pregnant... so I just lost my puppies and their babies. Because ec intentionally disturbed my dogs to get them barking
