Someone is vandalizing our grass

Hi neighbors: We live in the Montford/Northampton area. Yesterday for the 3rd time in about a month someone sprayed a 'pattern' of poison on our front grass. We don't understand why this is happening and I'm writing to see if anyone else is having this problem. Thanks, Mary
